Fill out your forms before your first visit to our family dental practice. You can take your time with a cup of coffee in the comfort of your own home. However, if you need some assistance, we are just a phone call away.
What to Expect from Your Visit?
When You Arrive
After you park in our spacious car lot, our front-desk team will check you in and make you feel at home. You can enjoy our comfortable surroundings while we inform Dr. Vetter that you have arrived. We’ll help you fill out any remaining paperwork and explain what happens during your first visit.
Treatment Plan
After the exam, Dr. Vetter sits down with you to discuss our findings and the ideal options moving forward. He’ll recommend specific treatments and give you a cost estimate. Together, you’ll develop a custom-made treatment plan and all your questions will be answered.
New Patient Exam
Dr. Vetter and our hygienist spend some time discussing your primary concerns and listening to you. Once this has been addressed, we examine your teeth and gums while identifying any issues. If you haven’t been to the dentist for a while, we may take some x-rays and provide an oral cancer screening.
Checking Out
Once the exam is finished, you’ll be escorted to the front desk. Future appointments will be scheduled as needed. If possible, you should arrange for future routine cleanings at this time to make sure you have the best selection of appointment times. We’ll file your insurance and collect payments.
